1.The information on deposition and availability of the strain in a public collection (the strain can be industrially exploited!) is missing; “strain" 是你的论文中所用的那个菌种。全句的意思是：（你的稿子中) “缺少了该菌种（它可应用于工业开发）存放在哪个菌种保藏中心以及是否可以买到的信息”。言外之意是：你要想发表这篇论文，你所研究的菌种必须随时可提供给任何研究者，以便让别人重复你的实验。 2.The legends are generally insufficient (e.g. Fig. 3) – any figure has to be comprehensible without the necessity to consult the text; （你的论文）所有图例说明均不充分（比如Fig. 3)--注意：任何图例均必须独立而完整的，即不需要看你的正文而只看你的图例说明就应该能够正确地理解你想要说明什么。这是国外SCI期刊的最基本要求。 |
