Friday August 6, 2010 sunny My classmate was diagnosed with uremia last month. He must be hospitalized with dialysis Treatment until finding the right kidney. He was 28 years old, and his girlfriend broke up with him. I really wish my classmate could recover soon. Health is the basic of our life, it is very important. Wish everyone healthy! How to keep healthy? In my opinion, we can keep healthy with doing the following. Firstly, the right diet. You are what you eat. The right food we eat that can provide our body with right nutrition, eat rice ¡¢bread can add Carbohydrates, eat meat¡¢egg¡¢milk¡¢soybean¡¢Peanut can add Proteins and lipids, eat fruits and vegetable can add Vitamins and Minerals for our body. In short, food is the basic of health. Secondly, to do exercises. Life is movement. We need do regular physical exercises; it is not a waste of time. Exercise can relax our stress, consume our energy. Thirdly, developing good habits, don¡¯t smoking, don¡¯t drinking, and don¡¯t work as an owl. Go to bed and get up early. Have a good habit is also very important to keep healthy. Finally, maintaining a happy mood. Don¡¯t angry with small things. These above are my views, what your opinion? |
