先投会议后投期刊有什么要求？ 已有14人参与

| 我的一篇论文，3月底投了一个国际会议，然后导师让修改以后大概四月底投了个期刊，5月份期刊的审稿意见回来了，让修改，7月把修改稿发过去了。这期间，会议的结果回来，中了。这个会议要年底开。我的问题是如果这个期刊的中了的话，我这样算不算一稿多投呢？很迷惑。 |

我是几个IEEEsociety的会员，参加过很多会，见过不少编辑（我们IEEM会议每年有一个“meet-the-editors”panel。我肯定地说，IEEE绝大多数杂志不允许这样。当然知道有些专业和杂志有例外，比如会议的最佳论文发到杂志，及同一个society的杂志和会议。 http://www.computer.org/portal/w ... s/author#concurrent Papers are accepted for review with the understanding that the same work has been neither submitted to, nor published in, another journal or conference. If it is determined that a paper has already appeared in anything more than a conference proceeding, or appears in or will appear in any other publication before the editorial process is completed, the paper will be automatically rejected. http://dl.comsoc.org/tnsm/authorgud.html Papers that are published, or concurrently submitted to another journal, conference, or book will not be considered for publication in IEEE ComSoc Transactions on Network and Service Management.
