【Suggestion】How about hold an Activity like this?

As we know, people of all ages and cultures respond to humour. The majority of people are able to experience humour, i.e., to be amused, to laugh or smile at something funny, and thus they are considered to have a sense of humour. Humour exists in everywhere in our daily life and almost everyone needs it and seems it as an important part of the life. Joke is one of the most important tpyes of Humour. People all like to tell jokes and listen to jokes. So why not hold an Activity and welcome all the Joke lovers and English lovers to get together here? The name or theme of the activity can be "one joke per day" or "whose joke is the funniest?". It's just a suggestion. I hope the moderators can consider it! hoho I love jokes and funny stories!! This is a wonderful idea!! But because of the difference of cultures. The jokes around us may not be funny expressed in English~~ That's to say, it will be very cold if nobody can understand it. So I think we can use Chinese to say it. And translate it into English. Then anybody can modify the sentences. Not only can improve the quality of the translation,but also be funny.  |
