市场经济的基本制度是所有制主体和利益主体的多元化，这一基本制度使我国民营经济得到了很大的发展，并日益成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分。随着现代企业进一步的国际化和市场化,企业越来越觉得管理创新的重要性,创新是现代企业持续发展的动力和源泉,企业管理创新对企业的全面发展有着极其重要的意义。民营中小企业是民营企业的主体，它与国有大中型企业、国有中小型企业、民营大企业都有着很大的区别，是一个具有非凡表征的新兴群体。民营中小企业的发展状况将直接影响到我国经济未来的整体竞争力，所以民营中小企业制度管理创新的现实意义不容忽视。本文就如何进行企业管理创新进行一些探讨，并对民营中小企业制度管理创新进行阐述。

2.浅谈有中国特色的先进企业文化
20世纪七八十年代从管理科技土壤上生育出来的企业文化，是现代文化的一个重要组成部分。企业文化作为一种新的社会意识形态逐渐被人们所认识，正在融入以企业为主体的现代经济观念之中。建设先进的企业文化，已成为现代企业改革、发展、文明、进步的重要标志。进入21世纪，尽管我国与全世界各国各地区的企业基础和现状大不相同，企业所有制的性质和所处环境、历史文化背景也存在着差异。但是，在探索寻求解决企业发展面临问题的出路和办法时，却似乎有一个共同点，那就是重视建设和繁荣现代企业文化。本文论述要建立和发展有中国特色的企业文化，就要有一套现代化的企业管理制度，注重企业文化内涵的建设，提升企业文化建设的品味重视企业文化个性，并且还要不断创新与时俱进。

Along with the development of internationalization and marketization of the modern enterprise, and enterprises are further more and more awared of the importance of management innovation, innovation is the power and resource of sustainable development of modern enterprise, enterprise management innovation poceess vitally important significance in an all-round way development. Small & Medium Private Business,which is the subject of private enterprises and has large distinguish compared with medium-sized state-owned enterprises 、 small &medium-sized state-owned enterprises and big private enterprises,  is an extraordinary characterization of emerging group. The development situation of small &medium private business will directly affect the overall competitiveness of China's future economy, so the management innovation of realistic significance about small &medium private business system should not be ignored.

The elementary system of market economy is  multielement of main body  in both ownership and interest., which have made private-owned economy better development in our country. They have been a important part of national economy in China. With an increasing internationalization and marketization of modern enterprise, the significance of management innovation in modern enterprise more and more was emphasised on. Innovation is the power and source that modern enterprise keeps on develop. But the innovation of modern enterprise management has a critical significance for overall development of business.
