The results show that the total energy E of aminoquinolines compound is the key factor of influence on its anti-plasmodium activity. The model with good stability and predictive ability has been set up and applied in the theoretical analysis and prediction of the anti-plasmodium activity, by which the better results are obtained. 现象和结论多用现在时，供参考。 |
