【求助】XRD测试中的荧光问题已有1人参与

小弟最近投一篇文章，被审稿人问到XRD中的荧光问题，不知道怎么回答 原文如下： “The authors discuss the occurrence of some amount of amorphous material in their samples. The very flat background would be in contradiction to any amorphous contribution, but is probably the result of a subtracted background profile.” 这个确实是平滑过了，采用jade进行的平滑和扣背底。但是在平滑前也确实是看不出。 This requires explanation together with the cut-off of the fluorescence radiation of Fe induced by Cu-radiation. 这里的荧光衍射是什么的？很少看到文献中提到这个。 Lattice parameters need to be determined by the Rietveld method and compared with each other. Some small peak shifts indicate small, but significant differences in the lattice parameters of the samples, requiring explanation. 这个随后计算一下就行了。 期待高人出手帮助。谢谢！ |
