[交流] 初次使用IEEE投稿系统的投稿流程及录用通知已有8人参与

从未用过IEEE投稿系统，前几天投了一个IEEE的会议，花了3200元人民币，是我参加的费用最高的一个会议，记录下投稿流程：
1.申请用户名，创建账号；
2.添加文章题目、摘要、关键词、作者等信息，上传文章；
3.文章上传成功后会有邮件提醒你，关于文章的ID号、题目、版本、文件名、接受日期等，并且会提醒你稍后生成PDF文件让你校对：

4.按邮件要求，校对PDF版本是否有误，在文章上传页面上按“批准”按钮；
