初次使用IEEE投稿系统的投稿流程及录用通知 已有8人参与

从未用过IEEE投稿系统，前几天投了一个IEEE的会议，花了3200元人民币，是我参加的费用最高的一个会议，记录下投稿流程： 1.申请用户名，创建账号； 2.添加文章题目、摘要、关键词、作者等信息，上传文章； 3.文章上传成功后会有邮件提醒你，关于文章的ID号、题目、版本、文件名、接受日期等，并且会提醒你稍后生成PDF文件让你校对： Paper ID: ***666 Title: *** Version: 1 Filename: g Wheel Surface1.doc Received: 13 July 2010 04:51 -0800 GMT You will receive another email and additional instructions when your PDF proof is available. 4.按邮件要求，校对PDF版本是否有误，在文章上传页面上按“批准”按钮； 5.系统自动邮件回复PDF文件校对完成： This email confirms that you have approved the PDF for the following submission: 6.版权转让： 按要求回答问题，签名（电子版）然后会收到带有版权协议的邮件，表明版权转让完成： You have successfully completed the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form, a copy of the fully executed Form is attached here for your records. 本人的文章投稿过程： 1.账号申请： Dear***, An account has been created for you in our File Submission site. 确实没用过IEEE的杂志投稿，只是一个MSAI2010的会议，被IEEE收录，具体链接：http://www.ieee.org/conferences_ ... .html?Conf_ID=17169 ，我是利用会议投稿系统完成论文的上传工作，呵呵。 希望不会对别人引起误会。 |
