酬金求助摘要翻译

摘 要 以2-芳基吗啉为先导化合物，利用外消旋化合物2-氨基丙醇与α-溴-芳基烷基酮反应，合成了吗啉环上3,5位含二甲基的新型2-芳基吗啉类化合物3,5-二甲基-2-芳基吗啉，经干燥氯化氢酸化后得到其盐酸盐，总收率为63.7%，这在国内外从未见有过报道,本合成路线反应条件不苛刻，副反应少，反应溶剂可回收利用等特点，目标化合物结构也已经质谱和核磁测试技术确证。 麻烦虫友兄弟们帮忙翻译一下，在此谢过，祝各位虫友家庭幸福，工作顺利。。 |

Abstract 3,5 - dimethyl -2 - aryl morpholine,as the new kind of 2-Arylmorpholine compounds containing 3,5-dimethyl in Morpholine ring ,was synthesized by racemic compound 2-amino-propanol ,α-bromo - aryl alkyl ketones and 2 - Arylmorpholine as Lead compound.Then its hydrochloride salt was obtained by acidification by dry hydrogen chloride ,the overall yield was 63.7%.This has never been reported at home and abroad , the synthetic reaction condition is not harsh with few side effects, recyclable solvent characteristics such as .The structure of the target compound has been confirmed by MS and NMR . |
