Shall we give an old man a hand?

An old man fell off his bike, and lied on the ground. He was too old to stand up by himself. His head was broken and bleeded. Many people passed him by, but none of they gave him a hand to help him stand up. The 120 ambulance took him to the hospital after 15 minutes. The people were NOT UNwilling to help him, but feared his family would blame them for making the old man wounded. This kind of incidence is not the least the first one. I heard it before. And I have to say that this society don't lack of careness or love, but honesty. Sometimes, we want to help others, but fear that would bring us troubles. So, why not let it be, or leave the old man alone? However, if I were there, I was still willing to give him a hand.  I hope from our generation on, people would trust each other and care about each other! Have a nice day!
