actually it is a severe social problems all across our nation.The nation couldnot guarentee the old,then when they are in their seventies,then need to be out even for their lives.Of course,when accident happens,some cold cases may present in front of the people.The ordinary chinese may not afford the current policy when they are bring this old man to a hospital,even if they can,you now the wealthy may be more afraid of the poor.And if they are unfortunate to meet the family members who are likely to select you the one who is to blame,then you are more discouraged.So,as a student i think you may be more free if you are confronted with this situation.What you can do is to phone the 120 for ambulance.or if you are more affordable,to order a car or a motorcar to take him to hospital.you have to be cleared that you are none of the businesss of this accident,you are just coming for help.you can get several men to gou with you together.but it is shame to see that if a young child is helping a old man in the street,then when he is home that night,about 90 percent parents may tell their kids that donot to do that again next time.I think it is a sadness of our whole society and the future generation of our country.~~~~
