Take 2g (precise to 0.0001g) of the sample which was dried at 110℃±2℃ until constant weight. Then dissolve the sample into 100ml anhydrous carbon dioxide. Finally conduct titration with standard chloride acid solution (c=0.5mol/L) until the pH value equals 4.2.
The mass of disodium hydrogen phosphate, in percentage, can be calculated by Equation (1).
