【求助】Acta Crystallographica Section E重新投稿 已有10人参与

请问有投晶体学报经验的朋友，我投 Acta Crystallographica Section E被拒了，听朋友说拒稿后必须选择重新投稿，对拒稿理由一一答复且只能选择原来的审稿人是吗？望哪位有经验的朋友能告诉我，我想确定一下，谢谢，另外在CIF文章里sp3杂化是不是这样写sp^3^ hybridized？谢谢各位。我文章被拒稿内容如下 Dear Dr Wu Your article bg2353 Title: 9-[1,1-dimethyl-3-oxo-butyl]adenine Author(s): Dulin Kong, Mingshu Wu*, Huiyan Li and Jingya Ma has been rejected on the following grounds: Submission not appropriate for ACTA CRYST. E 牋� Since ACTA CRYST E is a Crystallography Journal, it is expected that each submission should provide an adequate discussion of the crystal and molecular structure of the compounds under study. This is not the case in the present submission, which does not provide any discussion at all, for what it is far more appropriate for direct deposition in the CSD data base.
