Journal of Modern Optics审稿三月,没给审就给锯了 已有3人参与

如题,等待了三个多月,共催稿三次,催的人家直接给锯了,很委屈,大家给出出注意 Many thanks for sending us your manuscript entitled " " which you submitted to Journal of Modern Optics. Our editorial team have now considered your paper but feel the the topic discussed is not best suited to the Journal of Modern Optics.
