Journal of Modern Optics审稿三月,没给审就给锯了 已有3人参与

如题,等待了三个多月,共催稿三次,催的人家直接给锯了,很委屈,大家给出出注意 Many thanks for sending us your manuscript entitled " " which you submitted to Journal of Modern Optics.
