To respond to the "three-step" development strategy, we drew up a strategic plan for entering the wind power industry, according to the current market prospect. CNR capitalized and registered the new company CNR wind power (Ji'nan) Co., Ltd. abided by the agreement. The business scope includes: wind-powered equipment manufacturing and sale; development, introduction and application of wind-powered generation equipment and its major parts and accessary; wind-powered equipment manufacturing and sale of large parts; technical consulting service for wind farm construction and operations; construction and operation of pilot wind-powered plant; engineering design, construction, equipment installation, maintenance and other services regarding wind-powered equipment applications. We aim to produce 1000 sets of 1.5-5MW wind turbine, 1000 sets of blades, and hope to achieve the goal of anual sales at least 10 billion yuan.
