CNR capitalized and registered the new company CNR wind power (Ji'nan) Co., Ltd. abided by the agreement. The business scope includes: wind-powered equipment manufacturing and sale; development, introduction and application of wind-powered generation equipment and its major parts and accessary; wind-powered equipment manufacturing and sale of large parts; technical consulting service for wind farm construction and operations; construction and operation of pilot wind-powered plant; engineering design, construction, equipment installation, maintenance and other services regarding wind-powered equipment applications. We aim to produce 1000 sets of 1.5-5MW wind turbine, 1000 sets of blades, and hope to achieve the goal of anual sales at least 10 billion yuan.
