刚发的文章，老外来函索取，如何处理？ 已有11人参与

在一个杂志上6月初发的文章，前两天有个老外通过电子邮件索取，很想提供，但仔细一看电子版单行本上的首页上的版权声明中有关于禁止向个人分发的内容，不知该如何处理，敬请各位指点 单行本上封面的声明内容如下： This article appeared in a journal published by Elsevier. The attached copy is furnished to the author for internal non-commercial research and education use, including for instruction at the authors institution and sharing with colleagues. Other uses, including reproduction and distribution, or selling or licensing copies, or posting to personal, institutional or third party websites are prohibited. In most cases authors are permitted to post their version of the article (e.g. in Word or Tex form) to their personal website or institutional repository.
