【求助】switch-NLO 已有1人参与

最近看了几篇做配合物NLO开关的文献，文献中都有提到氧化电势和还原电势，通过比较电势的变化趋势，比如金属的氧化电势的大小，就可以推断出由于其HOMO轨道不稳定，从而使金属离子中心易于被氧化（In the previously reported series 1-4, the RuIII/II E1/2 value increases very slightly with the electron-accepting ability of R, but no corresponding trend is observed in the new series 5-7,indicating that the Ru-based HOMO is not significantly coupled to the pyd unit in these extended species. The sequential addition of electron-rich vinyl units to LA destabilizes the HOMO and makes the RuII center progressively easier to oxidize）。对这一点不太明白，为什么通过比较E就能知道金属被氧化的难易程度，是不是E值越小越容易氧化呢，还有电势的大小与配合物的NLO之间又有什么关系呢？ 第二点，通过计算可以得到配合物的ΔG，利用这个ΔG是怎么计算求得E的呢，就是这段话：The free energy change associated with the reference normal hydrogen electrode halfreaction has been recalculated to be -4.36 V.33 So the reference saturated calomel electrode (SCE) should be -4.60 V.
