With the method of infiltrating alkoxysilane monomer and in the process of 4-step emulsion polymerization, we have prepared latex particles with narrow distributional,strawberry-type, multi-layer core-shell-like structure. In addition, we have prepared strawberry-type and core-shell-like structural latex particles by using acrylic esters as the main monomer and infiltrating the Ａ-174 monomer into the system of polymerization.The TEM and DLS are applied to analyze the morphology of latex particles. In the micrograph of TEM, the strawberry-type and core-shell-like structure could be definitely identified, and core-shell-like structure could be further confirmed by DLS analysis, namely latex particles have the multi-layered core-shell-like struture. The values of the diameter of latex particles obtained by DLS analysis is consistent with ones obtained from the micrograph of TEM.
