精密称取11.92mg的GA对照品，加甲醇定容到100ml作为储备液，分别移取取上述储备液2ml，3ml，4ml，5ml，6ml于25ml容量瓶中用甲醇定容，375nm测定吸光度，绘出GA标准曲线，得标准曲线方程A=0.02519*C+0.02003(R=0.9997). 精密度试验：选取标准曲线范围内的低、中、高、三个浓度，375nm测定吸光度，计算RSD。 |

In order to prepare a reserve solution, accurently weigh 11.92g of check sample GA, add 100mL of methane into a volumetric flask to the scale mark. To five 25mL volumetric flasks, 2mL,3mL,4mL,5mL,6mL of the reserve solution is added and additional methane is added to the scale mark. Determine the absorbency at 375nm, draw standard curve of GA, from which derive the standard curve equation A=0.02519*C+0.02003(R=0.9997). Accuracy test: choose three point on standard curve represent low, media, and high concentration respectively, determine the absorbency at 375nm, and then calculate the value of RSD. |
