In order to prepare a reserve solution, accurently weigh 11.92g of check sample GA, add 100mL of methane into a volumetric flask to the scale mark. To five 25mL volumetric flasks, 2mL,3mL,4mL,5mL,6mL of the reserve solution is added and additional methane is added to the scale mark. Determine the absorbency at 375nm, draw standard curve of GA, from which derive the standard curve equation A=0.02519*C+0.02003(R=0.9997). Accuracy test: choose three point on standard curve represent low, media, and high concentration respectively, determine the absorbency at 375nm, and then calculate the value of RSD. |
