审稿人建议将摘要中的有关数据省略掉,这样行吗?

审稿人要改的:

Electrochemical studies indicate that these new bisbenzimidazoles have a formal reduction potential in the range of -1.44 to -1.55 V and estimated....' These suggestions made to remove much of the numbers which the reader can find in the discussion.
