该不该撤稿？ 已有10人参与

我3月21号第一次投稿，3月28号编辑回复说格式需要更该，论文题目太长，我按要求修该后4月6号再次提交了。4月19显示With editor，5月17号我催了一次，编辑回复From checking your account in EES, we can confirm that your manuscript AMC-D-10-01150 is at status With Editor under your Submissions Being Processed folder in your author homepage. We have now contacted the Editorial Office regarding the status of your submission and have asked them to contact you directly with any updates. 直到现在当前状态还是With editor.是不是该撤稿啊？我投的这个期刊通常一审周期是1-2周 |

看来还是需要催啊，6月19号催的，第2天编辑回信，然后论文就送到我推荐的审稿人手里了 编辑的回复：Thank you for your e-mail. Upon checking EES, we can confirm that your submission AMC-D-10-01150 is at status 'With Editor' as of April 19, 2010. We wish to advise that there is a large backlog of papers at the Beijing Editorial office with the Chinese Editors based in Peking. This journal has scientific screening, rather than just technical screening, which is more time-consuming. Also, this journal is a huge journal receiving over 300 submissions a month so review process may take longer than usual. However, we have again contacted the Editor of your manuscript and also the Publishing Editor of Applied Mathematics and Computation to follow-up the status of your manuscript. |
