A food is eaten on the qixi. The ingredients are flour, egg, oil, milk, cream and sugar. Firstly you knead dough with the ingredients. Then you put the dough into the moulds which are made for qiaoguo and let the dough out of the moulds. The moulds have many sizes and shapes such as fish. lotus seed, cat and so on. Next, you need to bake the dough on the pan or in the oven. Qiaoguo is finished. Finally, you maybe have the line put qiaoguo into a string and attach. Then the children will be happy for the necklace composed of qiaoguo.  When I was young, I liked it very much. But I only eat qiaoguo now, not make them into a necklace. |
