[交流] how to balance cause and family

on one hand as a spouse i need to look after the whole family actively. i care their emotion and needs hoping we live happily together. actually it's hard to reach their hearts, after all we are relatives for short. on the other hand i have my job which costs time and energy for promotion. i feel tired after work and want more care. is there a wayour for the adults like me?

actually, i think the most important thing is that dont take the bad mood from the work to your family, before you go home , you should adjust your mood and after you arrive home, your body maybe so tired but dont let your mood bad ,too~~

I think  you should make a plan to coordinate the time allocation between family and cause. No matter how bad the thing is, you should be positive and keep smiling.Don't lay yourself under great pressure. Let nature take its course.
