【交流】英文翻译：紫外定量木质素含量与酚羟基 已有2人参与

重点想请各位帮我理清逻辑，要说出每步怎么做 1.accurately weight 0.5g of the lignin sample into a 1000ml volumetric flask and dilute to the mark with the solvent。for an aqueous solution ，adjust the PH to 5 with acetic acid（乙酸） prior to dilution。 2.using a 1ml 移液管，a suitable-sized aliquot of the above solution is transferred to a 1-cmpath quartz and dilute ten fold with the same solvent used to dissolve the sample。 3........ PS：木质素磺酸钙（粉末）溶于水，水做溶剂。我理解是：称量0.5克木质素磺酸钙至1000毫升容量瓶中，用溶剂来稀释。对于溶液，在稀释前用乙酸将PH调制为5，但是我用水做溶剂。PH调制为5，是用乙酸将水溶液调制5后，再来将木质素粉末稀释至1000容量瓶刻度？ 主要是一与二条中最后一句的翻译逻辑问题，谢谢 |
