若翻译较好，再追加20金币 市场上出现一种以液化天然气灼烧肉制品去毛手段，该去毛方法本质是利用高温火焰烧制去毛，同时会烧焦肉体，极有可能产生苯并芘（benzopyrene）等致癌物质。本课题以用液化天然气明火灼烧表皮去毛的猪肉制品作为被检测样品，利用荧光分光光度法检测样品中苯并芘含量，检测结果与国家限定标准对照，从而评价此种猪肉制品去毛加工方法对人体的危害。实验结果表明：在烧制过的肉制品中，大部分的苯并芘产生在烧焦的表皮上，其中苯并芘含量高于食品卫生标准（GB7104- 94）规定的肉类食品中苯并芘含量的最高允许浓度5μg/kg。利用有效的清理方法，能去除烧制过的肉制样品表皮上的烧焦物质，使肉制品中的苯并芘含量低于5μg/kg。 [ Last edited by angelcarlos on 2010-5-27 at 12:10 ] |
