This work is based on ordinary float glass formula, some absorbents that can absorb ultraviolet and infrared rays are added to the glass ingredients, and obtained a kind of anti-ultraviolet, infrared functional glass. First, an orthogonal test is used to find the substance that could absorb both ultraviolet and infrared rays. Fe2O3¡¢TiO2¡¢Ce(CO3)2¡¢Pr2(CO3)3 are added to the glass formula at the same time. The order of the impact to the visible light transmittance of the glass through the range analysis from largest to smallest is: Pr2(CO3)3¡¢Ce(CO3)2¡¢Fe2O3¡¢TiO2, and the order of the impact to the UV transmittance of the glass from largest to smallest is: Pr2(CO3)3¡¢Ce(CO3)2¡¢Fe2O3¡¢TiO2. Then Fe2O3¡¢TiO2¡¢Ce(CO3)2¡¢Pr2(CO3)3 are added separately to the glass formula, the result shows that glass formula can absorb both ultraviolet ray and visible light after adding Pr2(CO3)3¡¢Ce(CO3)2¡¢TiO2, and when adding Fe2O3, it could absorb both ultraviolet ray, infrared ray and visible light, so Fe2O3 is identified as additive for the anti-ultraviolet, infrared functional glass. |
