[交流] 关于CPL申诉信,大家帮忙出出主意!! 已有3人参与

等了一个月终于有结果了,但是还是悲剧了,一个审稿人给的评价很好,但是一个认为没有新意,最后编辑也说没有新意。但是,我做的确实与别人的不同,以前没写过申诉,大家帮忙看看这种情况下,写申诉有没有意义,应该怎么写。

Thank you for submitting your manuscript to Chemical Physics Letters. Your paper, referenced above, has now been reviewed.
Upon careful study of your paper, the referee reports and the previously
published paper by Elim et al in Appl Phys Lett 82(2003)2691, on the
same hybrid material, I find that the overall result in both papers is
the same, namely that a film with 60 wt% Ti-alcoxide gives the highest
NLO response.  In the Elim et al paper there is in addition information
about the time dependence  of the NLO response. Therefore I believe that
your paper unfortunately does not provide sufficient novel material of
chemical physics nature to warrant urgent letter publication. I
recommend that you seek publication in a more specialized archival type
of journal.

Reviewer #1: The paper presents interesting new results on the enhancement of nonlinearity in nanohybrid membranes of  TiO2-PMMA and discusses the physical mechanisms behind he observations. A core-shell type of nanohybrid is obtained by chemical synthesis and the nonlinearity is characterized using Z-scan technique. Detailed  discussions of the results are presented against the perspective of relevant literature. The enhancement of nonlinearity is attributed to increased electric fields in the new hybrid. The characterization of the samples using appropriate techniques is thorough and convincing. The results of studies on optical nonlinearity are also systematic and clear. The analysis and models presented are also thorough and detailed. The paper is recommended for publication in CPL.



Reviewer #2: In this manuscript the authors have studied optical nonlinearity in core-shell TiO2-PMMA nanohybrid membranes employing 800 nm, 120 fs laser pulses, using the z-scan technique.
What is reported in this manuscript is NLO enhancement in the core-shell nanocomposite system, but this is a well known and studied phenomenon. For instance, in Reference 6 [Elim et.al., Appl.Phys.Lett. 82(2003)2691] the same work (ultrafast nonlinearity in TiO2-PMMA system) is done, and I do not understand what is the difference between that work and the present work, as far as the NLO part is concerned. On the other hand if the authors wish to highlight the ex-situ synthesis and surface passivation aspects of the work, they should change the title and focus on those areas in the manuscript.
As of now I don't see any novelty or new results in this paper to warrant publication in a Letters journal: therefore I do not recommend acceptance of the manuscript in the present form.
