This figure would be more convincing if Panels B and C were aligned in the same direction, and a scale bar was given (showing panels B and C to be higher magnification). 6. Results, Figure 2. How was the intimal thickness calculated? Manually at several spots, or with computer-aided morphometry? Was the thickness based off of an elastin stain for accuracy? 7. Results, Figure 3.
