| 靶向药物的药代动力学研究是非临床药代动力学，研究的目的是揭示靶向药物在动物体内的动态变化规律，阐明药物的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄的过程和特点，并根据模型提供重要的药代动力学参数，为药效学和毒理学评价提供了药物或活性代谢物浓度数据，并为设计和优化临床研究给药方案提供有关依据。非临床药代动力学研究中的动物有着特定的要求，创新药应选用两种或两种以上的动物，其中一种为啮齿类动物；另一种为非啮齿类动物。其他类型的药物，可选用一种动物（首选非啮齿类动物，如兔或猴等）。由于靶向药物中药效成分主要是硫酸庆大霉素，靶向制剂只是一种新剂型，因此本研究只选用家兔进行了药代动力学试验。在其他动物体内该药的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄的过程的相关数值可能有差异，但药物在动物体内的动态变化规律应与在家兔体内一致。 |

ADME related values may vary with different animals, but dynamic change law should be consistent with those obtained with rabbit. |

| the pharmacokinetics of targeted drugs is non-clinnical with the main purpose to unveil the dynamic changes of targeted drugs in vivo, to elucidate the course and characteristic of the absorption, distribution, metabolization and excretion of drugs, to provide concentration data of drugs or active metabolites for pharmacological and toxicological evaluation on the base of the pharmacokinetic parameters obtained from models and to provide support to rational design and optimization of clinical regime. Special requisition is laid down in non-clinical pharmacokinetics for animals. 暂时译一段，有时间再译。 |
