the pharmacokinetics of targeted drugs is non-clinnical with the main purpose to unveil the dynamic changes of targeted drugs in vivo, to elucidate the course and characteristic of the absorption, distribution, metabolization and excretion of drugs, to provide concentration data of drugs or active metabolites for pharmacological and toxicological evaluation on the base of the pharmacokinetic parameters obtained from models and to provide support to rational design and optimization of clinical regime.
