连续梁、连续刚构桥施工中腹板产生裂缝的机理及对策 摘 要：随着连续梁和连续刚构广泛的应用，发现一些桥梁在施工过程中腹板出现裂缝。裂缝的出现对结构的耐久性和使用性都有很大的影响。本文主要讨论了连续梁、连续刚构桥在采用悬臂现浇法施工时，由于纵向预应力钢筋偏离设计位置，造成腹板出现裂缝，并结合实际桥梁，运用ansys分析有竖向预应力和无竖向预应力作用对腹板内纵向预应力钢筋偏移后主拉应力的影响。由此说明，在施工过程中竖向预应力是控制腹板内部主拉应力的有效手段。并得出在实际施工过程中不妨考虑先张拉竖向预应力钢筋，再张拉纵向预应力钢筋行，以防止腹板混凝土内主拉应力超过混凝土抗拉强度而造成开裂的结论。 关键词：连续梁 连续钢构 腹板 裂缝 谢谢各位了！ [ Last edited by 11211121 on 2010-5-20 at 16:44 ] |
