Continuous beam, continuous rigid frame bridge construction web Mechanism and countermeasures of cracks abstract:With the continuous beams and rigid frame a wide range of applications, cracks in the web are fond in a number of bridges during construction.The emergence of cracks on the structural durability and usability has a significant impact. When continuous beam, continuous rigid frame bridge in place using cantilever construction method,This paper discusses that as the deviation from the design of longitudinal prestressed reinforcement position, resulting in web cracks , and Combined with the actual bridge, using ansys analysis is vertical prestressed and non-vertical prestress on the web within the longitudinal tensile stress in prestressed reinforced the impact of migration Houzhu. Results suggest that, in the construction process is to control vertical prestress within the web an effective means of principal tensile stress.And Obtained in the actual construction process may wish to consider the first vertical prestressed tension, then the longitudinal prestressed tension lines to prevent web principal tensile stress in concrete exceeds the tensile strength of concrete cracking caused by the conclusions.
