连续梁、连续刚构桥施工中腹板产生裂缝的机理及对策 摘 要:随着连续梁和连续刚构广泛的应用,发现一些桥梁在施工过程中腹板出现裂缝。裂缝的出现对结构的耐久性和使用性都有很大的影响。本文主要讨论了连续梁、连续刚构桥在采用悬臂现浇法施工时,由于纵向预应力钢筋偏离设计位置,造成腹板出现裂缝,并结合实际桥梁,运用ansys分析有竖向预应力和无竖向预应力作用对腹板内纵向预应力钢筋偏移后主拉应力的影响。由此说明,在施工过程中竖向预应力是控制腹板内部主拉应力的有效手段。并得出在实际施工过程中不妨考虑先张拉竖向预应力钢筋,再张拉纵向预应力钢筋行,以防止腹板混凝土内主拉应力超过混凝土抗拉强度而造成开裂的结论。 关键词:连续梁 连续钢构 腹板 裂缝 谢谢各位了! Continuous beam, continuous rigid frame bridge construction web Mechanism and countermeasures of cracks abstract:With the continuous beams and rigid frame a wide range of applications, cracks in the web are fond in a number of bridges during construction.The emergence of cracks on the structural durability and usability has a significant impact. When continuous beam, continuous rigid frame bridge in place using cantilever construction method,This paper discusses that as the deviation from the design of longitudinal prestressed reinforcement position, resulting in web cracks , and Combined with the actual bridge, using ansys analysis is vertical prestressed and non-vertical prestress on the web within the longitudinal tensile stress in prestressed reinforced the impact of migration Houzhu. Results suggest that, in the construction process is to control vertical prestress within the web an effective means of principal tensile stress.And Obtained in the actual construction process may wish to consider the first vertical prestressed tension, then the longitudinal prestressed tension lines to prevent web principal tensile stress in concrete exceeds the tensile strength of concrete cracking caused by the conclusions.
