Purpose in order to explore the electrochemical mechanism of cells and study the electrochemical quality of the dehormone MFC-7 cells , so that to build a simple , quick , sensitive and economical testing method for investigating MFC-7 Tumor cells and also to provide theoretical background and experimental base for further examining the Tumor cells , and thus finally overcoming the bulk task of cancer . Method this article takes MFC-7 cells as researching object , utilizing electrochemical , HPL and chemo metric etc. methods to measure Volta metric behavior of cells , analyze the kinds of active materials of electrochemical cells , examine and reveal volt response mechanism of electrochemical cells and study the electrochemical cells conduct of the dehormone MFC cells . Results after being dehormone-substrated of the MFC-7 cells , it is found that the Volta metric signals of the dehormone MFC-7 Cytoplasm is become weak and the electrochemical activity is also become degraded . Conclusion because the xanthenes¡¯ and guanines¡¯ concentration in the MFC-7 Cytoplasm is decreasing so that the ability of cell secreting the xanthina and guanine is also decreasing . these phenomena cause the Volta metric signals of cell and cytoplasm weakening and the electrochemical activity of dehormone MFC-7 cells degrading . °Û´Î¸Êî^ ÔÙ½øÒ»²½ ÓÖÔ» ÖØÉÍ֮ϣ¬ Æ¥·òÓÐÕÐ |
