Journal of Systems Science and Complexity 的苦笑不得退稿理由 已有15人参与

Journal of Systems Science and Complexity 中科院办的英文期刊。 经过两次审稿，国内（通过）和国际 经过长达一年的审稿，今天收到退稿理由： there are a lot of similar problems un-cited in the paper 其中列出3篇文章，其中一篇是08年的，另外两篇在我投稿时很没有发出来，甚至从这两篇文章的录用经过看，当时还没有投稿。 Based on the above, I cannot recommend it can be accepted by JSSC 这是我见到的最牛的退稿意见。 有点苦笑不得了。 1 [ Last edited by zxg7980 on 2014-12-12 at 10:33 ] 1 [ Last edited by zxg7980 on 2014-12-12 at 11:21 ] 1 [ Last edited by zxg7980 on 2016-3-6 at 16:54 ] |
