根据堆焊技术具有成本低、工艺简单、易操作等特点。目前，国内开发了一种新型贝氏体堆焊焊条，其性能优于传统的堆焊焊条。本文主要研究在冷焊条件下，不同焊接工艺对贝氏体焊条直接堆焊42Cr2Mo钢、20Cr1Mo10钢、45钢以及贝氏体辙叉心轨的堆焊层、热影响区、熔合区的组织、性能的影响。通过对比在不同焊接下得到的组织和缺陷，而得出最佳工艺以满足使用性能。这为实际工程中的焊接应用提供依据。 通过对堆焊层的组织和硬度研究表面：采用贝氏体焊条，焊前不需预热，焊后不用热处理。焊条的工艺性能较好，电弧稳定，飞溅较少，熔化系数大，脱渣性好，焊缝成形好；焊缝组织主要是贝氏体（粒状贝氏体）。焊缝硬度测试表明，焊缝硬度稳定，堆焊层金属硬度明显高于母材，达到了增强其耐磨性的要求。 研究结果表明，在本实验条件下，随着焊接电流和层间温度的增大焊缝熔敷层的组织越细。随着层间温度提高，焊缝的硬度增加。 |
