根据堆焊技术具有成本低、工艺简单、易操作等特点。目前,国内开发了一种新型贝氏体堆焊焊条,其性能优于传统的堆焊焊条。本文主要研究在冷焊条件下,不同焊接工艺对贝氏体焊条直接堆焊42Cr2Mo钢、20Cr1Mo10钢、45钢以及贝氏体辙叉心轨的堆焊层、热影响区、熔合区的组织、性能的影响。通过对比在不同焊接下得到的组织和缺陷,而得出最佳工艺以满足使用性能。这为实际工程中的焊接应用提供依据。 通过对堆焊层的组织和硬度研究表面:采用贝氏体焊条,焊前不需预热,焊后不用热处理。焊条的工艺性能较好,电弧稳定,飞溅较少,熔化系数大,脱渣性好,焊缝成形好;焊缝组织主要是贝氏体(粒状贝氏体)。焊缝硬度测试表明,焊缝硬度稳定,堆焊层金属硬度明显高于母材,达到了增强其耐磨性的要求。 研究结果表明,在本实验条件下,随着焊接电流和层间温度的增大焊缝熔敷层的组织越细。随着层间温度提高,焊缝的硬度增加。 |
