【求助】计算2D topological descriptors的时候，遇到手性分子怎么办？

计算2D topological descriptors的时候，遇到手性分子怎么办？ 有84个分子，其中有几个分子分别给出了R / S 时候的活性，每个分子的R/S活性不一样，然后现在想计算这一系列分子的 topological descriptors，是不是要删除手性的化合物啊？ 因为 topological descriptors 不能识别手性分子，所以计算的 R /S化合物得到的descriptors是一样的，所以要删除？ |
