1. 进入ISI Web of Knowledge网站:www.isiknowledge.com/wos
2.选择“Web of Science”数据库;
3.在引文数据库中选择Conference Proceedings Citation Index - Social Science
& Humanities (CPCI-SSH)--1996-至今,其他则不选
4.在检索框中输入文章题目并选择检索范围为“标题“即可。

& Humanities (CPCI-SSH)--1996-至今,其他则不选"只表明是ISSHP检索,并非ISTP检索!ISTP检索应该是"引文数据库中选择Conference Proceedings Citation Index - Science(原ISTP) 科技会议录索引,其他则不选"

摘要: By questionnaire investigation, the five dimensions of employee's organizational citizenship behavior, namely, initiative behaviors, citizen virtue, helping coworkers, saving resources, supporting and participation, were confirmed via exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis in this research. Then, the effects of different enterprises' and individual characteristics on employee's organizational citizenship behavior in its five dimensions were analyzed via the Structural Equation Model (SEM). It is hoped to have some referential value for enterprise management.
