[交流] 【求助】MOF issue已有4人参与

Dear all:

    I tried to measure the PXRD for a MOF crystal that I got the single crystal result already. However, when I ground the MOF and measured it, there was no peak ( or waek broad peaks) from PXRD result. It seems the crush of the MOF will kill the crystallinity of my MOF. Does anybody have same experience??? And how did you resolve this problem if the PXRD is necessary???

    Yes, I know the MOF structure collapse. The question is: how to avoid that??? If I want to get PXRD pattern but I can not grind it. How to get PXRD????

why you need to ground? Why not directly measure it?
