| 针对工艺要求，在装置中安装两根垂直管束代替透氢钯膜组件，考察了压降流速曲线、压力脉动、床层轴向密度分布、床层膨胀率，并与自由床中的气固流动规律进行了对比。结果表明，装置中加入了垂直内构件以后降低了床层的压力脉动；轴向密度较自由床均匀，说明内构件具有对破碎气泡，抑制气泡长大的能力；与自由床相比，内构件流化床具有较小的起始湍动速度和较大的床层膨胀率；结合大量实验数据，本文修正了气泡尺寸计算公式，建立新的适用于该新型膜流化床反应器气泡直径模型；实验结果表明，该模型计算结果可以较准确地描述该反应器湍动状态下密相床层颗粒气泡尺寸，能够为工业流化床反应器优化设计提供基础数据。 |

According to the technical requirements, we have installed two vertical bundle to instead of hydrogen palladium membrane module, in addition, curves of pressure drop flow, pressure pulsation, distribution of bed axial density and bed inflation are investigated, and further compared with the gas-solid flowing law on free bed (aaaaaaaa, 不会翻译自由床，这个应该是你们的专业术语).
