| A,B and C are all important electronic ceramic materials and possess excellent properties of ferroelectiocity,piezoelectricity and withestand voltage.Therefore,they can be widely used.Many scientists have payed great attention to the nanomaterials due to its excellent physical chemistry properties and the prospect of its application.With the development of the technological preparation,many synthetic methods have been adopted to prepare the nanomaterials.Among these preparations,it is the hydrothermal method,low-temperature calcination and molten salt growth method that arouse the scientist's attention,the reason is that they can effectively control the particle morphology and particle size of the products.A,B and c nanoparticles have been synthesized through these methods and the factors that have efects on the apperance and particle size have also been studied. |

A,B and C are all important materials of electronic ceramics, and possess excellent ferroelectric, piezoelectric, voltage-proof and insulated properties, which have broad range of applications. Nanomaterials are of great prospect due to their good physical chemical properties, and are greatly valued by scientists. With the development of modern nanotechnics, lots of synthesis methods have been employed in the preparation of nanomaterials. Among these methods, hydrothermal, low temperature calcination, and salt moltening could control the mophology and sizes of products effectively, thus have attracted great concerns of scientists.
