A,B and C are all important materials of electronic ceramics, and possess excellent ferroelectric, piezoelectric, voltage-proof and insulated properties, which have broad range of applications. Nanomaterials are of great prospect due to their good physical chemical properties, and are greatly valued by scientists. With the development of modern nanotechnics, lots of synthesis methods have been employed in the preparation of nanomaterials. Among these methods, hydrothermal, low temperature calcination, and salt moltening could control the mophology and sizes of products effectively, thus have attracted great concerns of scientists.
