第二句是不是应该为biological effect?
第三句growth metabolism是什么？应该是growth and metabolism呢还是只是growth？

第四句the parameters改成parameters
第五句改成It was found that the growth and metabolism of E. coli DH5 were affected by the complex at different concentrations.
最后一句改成The complex in a concentration range of (0–1.0) μg∙mL–1 had a stimulatory effect on thegrowth of E. coli DH5α, while at higher concentrations of (1.0 –5.0) μg∙mL–1 the complex inhibited its growth.
