Discrete regions of immature bone containing numerous bone cells were observed adjacent to existing bone tissues in the aCS/Butyrate-filled defects. In the aCS-filled defects, new bone tissue was accreted linear to the adjacent bone, appearing more mature with a lower cell density. In the central area of the aCS/Butyrate–filled defects, large remnants of aCS were frequently seen , while most of the aCS had been resorbed and replaced with fibrous tissues . We observed substantially more ALP-positive cells in the aCS/Butyrate–filled than in the aCS–filled defects (1.8- and 1.4-fold increase in the peripheral and central parts, respectively), indicating greater active osteoblastic differentiation in the aCS/Butyrate–filled defects. |

在布满 aCS/Butyrate缺陷的区域，比邻存在的骨组织的分离区域内可以观察到包含大量骨细胞的正在发育的骨。在布满 aCS 缺陷的区域内，新的骨组织沿着临近的骨线形生长，表现出以更低的细胞密度为标志的更加成熟的形态。在布满 aCS/Butyrate缺陷的中心区域，通常可见尺寸很大的aCS残留，然而多数的aCS还是已经被吸收掉了并且被纤维性细胞取代。我们观察到在布满aCS/Butyrate区域比aCS缺陷区域，ALP-正 细胞的数量要多得多，在周边为1.8倍，中心为1.4倍，说明在布满aCS/Butyrate区域活性 osteoblastic 差别更大。 对不起，有些专业词汇不清楚。不过，大意上是准确的。仅供参考。 |
