两个审稿人,编辑只发回了一个审稿人的意见。按照这个审稿人的意见应该是小修,但是状态栏上显示的就是“Revise”,即不是一审的“major revision”,但也不是审稿人说的“minor changes”,哪位大侠解释一下?审稿意见貌似挺简单的,我估计也就个把小时就能弄好,能不能迅速提交?
