【求助】修改两句话英语句子

1、在文献8中,兰等人只计算了宽度为20的电导。因此在图3中,我们也只能给出这个宽度以内的电导值。 in the reference [8], Lan et al only calculated the conductance with width smaller than 20. Therefore, in figure 3(c) we can only present this conductance as well. 2、根据审稿人的意见,我们拓展电导的电子能量到600mev以及600mev以上。但是,在修改稿的图3中,我们只给出了600mev及600mev以下的电导,是为了使图片更清晰。 According to the referee’s suggestions, we have extended the electron energy of conductance to 600mev even more high. However, to see the figure clearly, in our revised manuscript we only plot the conductance below 600mev. 麻烦虫友们帮我修改这两句,使之更为通顺 因为是要回审稿人意见的,要谨慎点。 |

Lan et al only calculated the conductance within the width up to 20 (reference [8]). To make the result comparable, in current study, only the data within same range were presented in figure 3(c). Thanks the reviewer for good suggestion. We have extended the electron energy of conductance to 600mev or higher. However, to ensure the quality of the image, in the revised manuscript, only the conductance below 600mev was illustreated. (此处最好再加一句:If necessary, we will be glad to provide addiditional data and images as supplimentary material to the reviewer.) |

1. In the reference [8], Lan et al only calculated the conductance with width smaller than 20. Therefore, in Figure 3(c), we just presented the conductance within the width of 20. 这句话的逻辑上不好理解。为什么lan的研究给出的是20,而你们的结果只能做到20以内的? 2. According to the reviewer's comments, we actually did extend the electron energy of conductance to 600mev or even higher. However, as Figure3 shows in the revised manuscript, we only illustrated the conductance up to 600mev, intending to make this picture easily identified. (至于lhhe的建议,我觉得很好,让能级大于600mev的图作为supplementary materials附在supporting data部分更好)。 至于文中为什么用actually did extend the electron....,我觉得是审稿人认为能级图应该延展至大于600的,但是作者仅仅给出了600以内的图,为使图片更清晰,实际上作者在做实验时也是做到了能级大于600的,只是没有在manuscript中给出。因此,用过去式更合适,没有必要用现在完成时。如果用现在完成时,有一层意思是作者在听取审稿人的意见后重新完成了高能级图谱。 [ Last edited by shirongjiu on 2010-4-10 at 10:23 ] |
